Our
K2PDF Conversion Service is the most comprehensive
and easy to use online conversion service you
can find. Simply fill out the intuitive form
in order to submit your document to be converted.
Supported document formats ranging from Microsoft
Word, Excel, Powerpoint, plain text to certain
graphics format extensions. Most users click
on the "Browse" button on the right
of the field in order to select the file to
be converted. You are required to also fill
out your username and corresponding email address
(<===== make sure this is correct). Below
this required section you will find 2 optional
sections, where you can manipulate certain settings
of the resulting PDF to be produced. e.g. restricting
PDF printing, setting user password (user needs
to have password in order to read your PDF)...
etc. You will find that these fields are disabled
by default. In order to enable these settings,
you need to first enable "Encryption"
to either 40bit or 128bit, once you do that
these fields are unlocked to be edited. The
same applies to watermark settings, where "Color"
selections + "Watermark Text" fields
are only enabled when "Stamp Watermark"
checkbox is checked.
Once
you have all settings set to the way you want,
submitting your request + original to-be-converted
file is the next step. Simply click on the "Submit"
button right below the form to start that process.
You will be prompted once again to confirm your
email address, please take a moment and verify
it is entered correctly. During your file upload,
a scrolling banner stating "File upload
in progress... Please be patient while your
file is being uploaded to our server..."
will appear right underneath the "Submit"
button. Depending on the file size you are submitting
as well as your internet connection speed, you
may find this banner scrolling last some time
to the point of you wondering if it is working
or not. Please DO NOT stop the process by clicking
"Stop" or "Refresh" or "Back"
button on your browser as this would only interrupt
your file upload in progress. At the end of
your submission, you should see a quick message
stating "You request is in queue to be
process...etc" followed by potentially
forwarding to one of our affiliates' site. If
you are a first time user, you should then quickly
receive an email confirmation notice via email
within minutes, simply follow the instructions
within the notice in order to proceed. Our service

delivery is usually within 10 minutes unless
our servers are extremely busy with a lot of
