Our usual service level for PDF retrieval return notification is no more than 10 mins unless our servers are extremely busy with conversion jobs.

If you are converting a large file it may take a little while for your original document to upload. Once the conversion process is complete, a PDF retrieval notification email will be sent promptly. On the other hand, if you have selected "Trial Conversion Without Email" option, a retrieval link will display on screen once the conversion process is completed. Please give consideration to the number of pages on your original document to be converted, the more pages it has, the longer the conversion process may take.
